About SH Corp
Established in January 2004, SHCorp Sdn Bhd initially focused on civil-related projects and traded goods with a diverse clientele ranging from government agencies and private institutions to government-linked companies. In 2010, the company ventured into the telecommunications sector, beginning with the construction of poles and towers on a small scale. Over time, SHCorp evolved and gained specialization, culminating in the acquisition of a full-fledged NFP (Network Facilities Provider) license in 2020, granting authority to own and construct telecommunication structures and other network facilities, including fiber optic networks. Since then, SHCorp has successfully built and operated seven telecommunication structures, with additional projects in progress and discussions underway for site acquisitions with relevant parties.
Our Journey
A significant milestone for SHCorp occurred in October 2023 with the signing of an agreement with Mr Chew, Mr Roslan and Dr Saaidal for a whole acquisition of the company's shares. This strategic move aims to diversify the business portfolio into the field of building and operating fiber optic networks, specializing in high-performance passive connectivity for Data Centers, 5G back/front/mid haul, and catering to high-demanding business enterprises and corporations within the network vicinity. The acquisition also facilitates seamless integration with the other resources with our associate companies which are renowned for their expertise in EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning) of fiber optic and telecommunication facilities, boasting a substantial workforce, advanced machinery, and high-level specialization in the relevant fields.
